​Brought in by Zambezi as a freelance Senior Agency Producer to lead content production for a baby-focused campaign spanning streaming, OOH, digital, and paid and organic social. Sourced and evaluated directors and production partners through a competitive triple-bid process, building agency estimates and multiple production scenarios to align creative ambition with budget.

Oversaw production from development through final delivery, including director calls and treatments, shot lists, storyboards, casting, locations, wardrobe, art and props, HMU, shoot logistics, and post-production. Managed a diverse cast of babies and parents while coordinating product-focused macro photography, pack shots, and campaign hero imagery.

Partnered closely with Creative, Accounts, Finance, and Business Affairs to manage cost negotiations, scheduling, approvals, and SAG-AFTRA requirements—including union voiceover for a signatory client. Served as the central liaison between the agency and production partner, leading communication across every phase and owning the project through final wrap.
