Fender x Ultra ll
Film Producer
Brought on as an independent Line Producer to lead physical production for a 16-minute branded documentary and supporting photo assets for digital and social. Hired directly by the director, I led multi-location production across Fender’s Corona, CA studio and factory and a parallel shoot in Nashville, TN, managing dual crew units and complex, multi-day schedules.
I owned physical production from budgeting, scheduling, and call sheets to crew sourcing, hiring, and coordination, partnering closely with Fender’s internal teams to align talent, product, and creative intent. While on site for the California shoot, I remotely sourced, hired, and briefed the Nashville crew to ensure consistency across both units.
I built shoot schedules, shot lists, and run-of-show logistics; briefed department heads across camera, sound, and photography; and worked with brand and creative leads to confirm scope and lock shoot days and assigned locations. Throughout production, my focus was execution — ensuring talent, product, and environments were fully dialed and aligned to the boards so teams could stay focused on performance and capture
